1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or phone call from Lancashire Manor Hotel.

Cancellation Policy: Guests must notify us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows may be subject to the full charge of the reservation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 AM
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff. Any actions that cause discomfort or damage to hotel property may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items during your stay. We recommend using the in-room safes for valuables.

4. Hotel Services

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free service.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests. The hotel is not liable for any damages or theft related to vehicles in the parking lot.

5. Liability

Accidents and Injuries: The hotel is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.
